Swimming places in Toplita
The emergence and development of the recreational area is linked to the presence of thermal waters baths, whose therapeutic qualities have been proved by analysis, and specialized studies, being capitalized in leisure activities, by the arrangement in the open air of swimming places and tourist receipt in structures in the area.
Urmanczy Swimming Pool
Urmanczy swimming pool, which is located near the railway station, on the right shore of Mures river, and near the city center, has four pools with a total of more than 1,000 square meters, of which the biggest has Olympic size (50x20m). All four are supplied with thermal water which has therapeutic properties and a temperature of 26-27° C. On the roof of the swimming there is a terrace for catering, playgrounds for children, tennis field with slag, table tennis, billiard table, souvenirs store, etc;

Banffy Swimming pool
In Banffy swimming pool features a basin with the size of 33 x 22 m, supplied with mezothermal water, of a children basin, 180 lounge chairs which are included, 30 canopies and toys for children. In the enclosure of the swimming pool works a restaurant who serves both during the summer and winter, pizza, daily menu, deserts, food plates, etc.
